The Concave Rotating Table, unlike the “Convex Rotating Table”, has the particularity of collecting the products deposited on the edge of the tray, and conveying them towards the center of the collector tray. The products can arrive from a chute, from a conveyor belt, or directly from a horizontal or vertical Flow Pack packaging machine, angular shrink sealing machine, thermoforming machine, etc. It can also be used in the technical sector for the collection of pieces at the exit of machine tools, assembly lines, etc.
Located in the final part of the packaging line, the Concave Rotating Table performs the function of “accumulation station”, facilitates the unloading phase of the product exiting the packaging machine, and facilitates the operator’s picking and boxing operations. The revolving tray, as well as the whole structure of the machine, is built in satin AISI 304 stainless steel. The speed of the rotating disc can be easily adjusted by means of a mechanical motor-variator knob.
